1) Never fixed the problem 2) Horrible Service Had them come by the first time - they said they fixed whatever problem I was having. I called the next day to see if they could come out again, the air conditioning thermostat was not going below 75 - they said everything was fixed. The next day, water continued to leak out into my carpet by the unit. I called to schedule them to come out, they said they would call 30 min prior to visit. They called, I came back home to let them in, called an hour after to see why I hadn't heard anything, called again every hour for the two phone numbers I had - left multiple voicemails. After waiting 5 hours, I received a phone call telling me someone had stopped by and that no one would be coming by later today. There was no note on the door, no voicemail on my phone, no email. The service man that apparently came out, started to argue with me stating he, himself, had personally been there. I found a new company to work with

HVAC stopped working after living in the house for a few months. Thankfully had the BPG protection warranty and called and got service quickly. Told they would be here between 7:30-8, Glenn showed up at 7:30 and was incredibly professional and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, within a half hour the house was warming up! Cannot say enough good things about Glenn-- he would be a definite reason that I will call this company in the future. Kind, professional,courteous, and taught us a lot about the HVAC and ways to keep it going and getting good life out of the machine. Thanks, Glenn!
