VERY disappointed. I needed EMERGENCY repairs, for a major leak. After a week and a half, shows up once. Takes a look, says he needs a part and will be back tomorrow. Never calls, never shows. I've left repeated messages, our landlady has left repeated messages (for some reason, she insists we can't use anyone else)... Three weeks later, my still isn't fixed.
Terrible business, terrible experience. If you have a choice, try ANYONE else.
