American Family Insurance - Robert Mitchals

I shopped around a lot when I found Robert. He is a stand up guy. He wasn't the absolute cheapest I found, but he was able to provide the best coverage for my family and I by asking questions and figuring out what I need. A couple extra dollars a month was worth it to me. I have all my insurance with his agency. I have recommended him, and will continue to do so. Thanks to Robert and his team.

My mom and I had Robert as our agent for years. We were never really impressed with him. We switched elsewhere when we found out they had our house underinsured by $60,000 and after 7+ yrs living at this house, AmFam had never re-evaluated the home value and increased the coverage accordingly. AmFam doubled my auto insurance from $900/year to $1800/year in 1 renewal, for no reason they could explain (no tickets, wrecks, claims, or anything on my part). Robert never knows the answer to your questions, no matter how simple. He always says "I don't know. Let me have Rowena call you". It's like "you're the agent making the big money, don't you know anything"!?! Rowena is always the one to handle pretty much anything you need. God bless Rowena, she's great!
