I had a very pleasant experience in the purchase of my mattress/bed with this store. I wasnt out looking to purchase for myself. A young man, Cordero introduced himself and immediately made me feel comfortable in the store.. The store didnt have the a foldable twin couch that I was searching for which I knew would be a long shot. However in our discussion it came up how old my mattress was. After a few questions, I was shown the Serta IComfort and Motion Essentials III. My questions were answered fully. I received a follow up call as I was advised and within 2 minutes we were able to lay out the foundation of the purchase agreement. Cordero facilitation and organization of this sale was top notch! The crew that delivered my items called as I was instructed, arrived 30 minutes early, were professional. handled these bulky items with ease and completed their work timely and effortlessly.
I was raised by a father that made his life living selling cars to the American Public. Back then reviews on line didnt impact our world. It was passed around by verbal word, go see Martin. He will do his best to take care of you. Well that is what I feel happened here. Cordero and crew did their best to take care of me and the purchase. You the consumer may want something different in your personal needs.than I, but I feel I got the best treatment- it was real and it was given by individuals that cared about how they treat people!!!
