They totally dropped the ball. I brought my phone in and was told it would be back in 3-6 business days. I called the following week to see if my phone was back only to be told it was never even sent. They had some ridiculous excuses but no answer as to why I didn’t even get a phone call regarding the issue . If they would have called I could have either picked up the phone or provided the information they state was needed to complete the task. Totally unacceptable.
