I took my dog to this Banfield for four years until we had to move out of state. I continue to use my local Banfield and it makes me appreciate the staff at the Independence, MO office so much more. The staff here are great! They made us feel like members of a family. They always knew who I was when I walked through the front door. The care given to my dog was top-notch. Wish we didn't have to move away. :( Our new Banfield will get a much lower rating.
