Nice store but poor customer service. Ordered a book right before Christmas and had not heard a word about it's status. I have tried to call multiple times with no one ever picking up. Went to the location today and no one could find it. They said it had come in but no one ever called. Just reordered. We will see if second time is the charm. Not happy!!!!
Everyone already knows it’s easier to buy a book online than in person, and if you’re going to buy a book at a brick-and-mortar, it’s mostly pleasant to visit a boutique bookstore. Inconveniently located and under-staffed, this particular post has disappointed me on more than one occasion. The most positive memory I associate with this location dates back to 2008 when I found an obscure paperback in the Teen Lit section, but before and after that this B & N has always been a last resort. These days their main focus is to sell more Kindles, which are pointless in an age where multi-faceted tablets have nearly replaced laptops. If you ARE faced with shopping here, come knowing the staff does not want to help nor will they even try once you manage to corner someone.
I love Barnes and Noble. While their music and video section can be pricey their books and other merchandise is reasonable. Their sales are amazing and if you get their membership card you receive additional discounts even on sales prices! Have I mentioned they have a Starbucks located inside every store! Yeah...it is a great place
