Batteries Plus Bulbs

excellent experience. I went to pickup a motorcycle battery, I brought the old one for the core charge. The guy tested the old battery & found that it was good. I took the old battery back home & cleaned the terminals & it's working just fine! They didn't get my $ this time, but they now have a loyal customer who will be returning.

Just went into batteries plus needing an Ottwhite TrueColor 18 W bulb. The salesman was helpful found the bulb for me. Once we got to the counter the price was $25! I looked at the price of this bulb online and it’s $11… a mark up of more than 100% is not satisfactory, especially for a brick-and-mortar store that’s competing with Amazon and 2017. Sort it out batteries plus......super disappointing. Tired of the retail store complaint about being driven out of business by Amazon, and other online suppliers, if they’re going to be marking up more than 100%.
