Undeniably the worst experience..with a dealership first off ,1 he turned into 4 hrs . For a key on my Jeep Grand Cherokee.after all is done. I drive approximately 100 miles only to find that my Verizon Hum obd reader is missing.30 minutes prior to entering the dealership .I did a diagnostic to see if anything else needed to be addressed while I was there .I personally watch the mechanic or service employee remove the reader..now the following morning I call to inform that they did not replace the odb reader and of course total denial..and surely won't take responsibility that being said this was the most expensive key I've ever purchased .189.00 for the key..259.00 for the odb reader plus my activation fee I would advise anyone with the intention of having you're vehicles serviced here to remove anything like this and keeping it on your person otherwise you may just be A O as I am.
