Quest Diagnostics Belton

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Came in for a drug screening to start my new job, a simple 5 panel test. Went nacl and from the start the staff was nothing but rude to me. I wasn't able to produce enough to fill 2 tubes for him and asked if i could wait in the lobby and drink water or if I would need to come back in another time. He said if I left then they couldnt use my stuff but i was able to sit and wait. I sat in the lobby for 40 minutes and they did NOT provide me with any water. I had a small cup and when someone finally came to the reception window I asked to please have some water to help. She replied with "let me see, you're limited on the amount of water you can drink." Okay no big deal a small cup is fine and anything can help Well he stomped by, not ever looking me directly in the eye, was extremely rude and told me he assumed I left so he trashed my sample and deleted me from the system, no other explanation when I had questions he just told me to leave because nothong will help and walked away. I left this location crying! I do not recommend anyone ever coming here. If you are there for a simple drug test they will assume you are on drugs and simply treat you like you arent human. Not a single staff member smiled at me the hour I was here.

Had a professional attitude I suppose. Very businesslikee and I was seen rather quickly with no appointment. But would it kill you guys to smile once in awhile and look people in the eyes and not cut them off when they talk?
