Took in a weed eater and lawn mower for repair. After waiting two weeks for them to look at the equipment I was informed that the repair parts were no longer available. The weed eater was a complete loss and it would cost almost the price of a new mower to fix the mower. Spent a week playing phone tag with I assume the owner trying to get everything worked out. Apparently the other employees can't answer questions about repairs and are only there for the initial equipment write up. If you need anything repaired, avoid this business unless you want to waste your time and money.
