Branson Surrey Inn

I booked our vacation at Surrey Inn several months in advance. At that time, most of the reviews were positive. I don't know what happened, but our stay was not positive at all. The only time housekeeping came to our room was to bring new towels. Old towels were not picked up. Trash was not emptied (we emptied it ourselves in the trash barrel in the breezeway). No additional coffee, cups or soap were provided. Luckily we came there after spending a few days in a cabin and had extra toilet paper with us, because that wasn't replenished either. We froze at night, sleeping in jackets on under thin blankets - no comforter on a super hard bed. Good thing is that it was close to attractions.
