Burgers' Smokehouse

I bought ham steaks from the grocery store and first of all, it smelled like a wet dog when I opened the package. I figured maybe it's just the bone due to the cure. Nope, I cooked it and it smelled even worse, and now my kitchen stinks like...well a cross between a wet dog and dog food. I think someone from the FDA needs to step in and ensure this company is not using actual dogs in their "ham". TERRIBLE!!! How this company has stayed in business so long with food that tastes like a dog, I will never know. What I do know is, I've been an avid cook for 18 years and NEVER have I ever smelled any meat that smells like a dog, especially a ham steak. Truly disgusting. Burger's smokehouse will never get my business again. And if this review didn't make me give them a star, they wouldn't have gotten that rating from me.
