I had Bob out to a client of mine's house recently to check out a trash compactor and dishwasher that had recently called it quits (both only two years old, ugh!!). He was right on time and quick with the diagnosis, curteous and friendly. He ordered two parts and repaired them both within the same week! I am very impressed, as was my client. I will definitely use them again, when needed, and recommend others to do the same.
