I've had my truck twice at this shop... First time no problem... This time they broke my back glass which was Factory and then replaced it with the cheap one... My headliner does not match up with the trim on the back class... My truck look like a pig pen on the inside and this glass has flaws... Then they insulted me by saying that I was not a happy person and that I checked my truck out too much.. and that other customers would have not said anything... This is my property I have every right to inspect repairs.. Going to Carstar corporate office and report this... They made a mistake but they didn't want to make it right... I find this totally unacceptable... I could never do this at my job.. I'm an independent contractor and I would never put my customers through this.. I have made mistakes but I pay for them.. I don't make the customer suffer for my errors.. In no way would I recommend this place ever.. They can do a good job but if they mess up they're going to make excuses and then they're not going to make it right.. Forgot , they didn't even notify me after they broke my back glass.. Break a factory glass that fits and then puts in a cheap one.. That doesn't line up.. That has flaws... I couldn't tell you how angry I am specially after I was insulted... Forgot again , Make sure you inspect your repairs before you sign their paperwork......
