Just had a horrible experience tonight at a champs in south county with a manager named Randy. I called ahead to make sure they had the item I was looking for because I was sent the wrong item from an online order for a Christmas gift. I was told they had the item and that they would hold it for me for the night. I drove 45 minutes to get the item only to be told they didn’t have it. Randy, the manager never apologized and actually said it was just a simple mistake. It might have been simple for him but not for me to drag my 2 little kids out and drive 45 Mom there and back for no reason. When I expressed my frustration he wouldn’t even make eye contact with me and could care less. As soon as I turned around from the counter he started singing and joking with his employees. I’ll never shop at champs again.
