Chateau on the Lake Resort & Chateau Grille

We made reservations for 22 people and one person in our group NEVER received their food. When the manager was informed about the situation he said he would take the entree off the bill?? Like he was doing us a favor?? We never received the entree and therefore could not be charged for it legally so he did nothing to fix the issue. Servers also brought our groups food out in stages with quite a hesitation, so there was no way we could eat together without the food getting cold also our baked potatoes were supposed to be loaded but the toppings weren't brought till the food we did receive was brought out so everyone's potatoes were cold by the time we got the toppings for them. The food was not worth the prices charged.. I would not recommend this place. The restaurant was also supposed to have a lake view but the lake was separated by a pool.. this restaurant in no way lived up to expectation.

My wife and I have been here multiple times for lunch, Sunday brunch, dinner, and even Valentine's Day dinner. This place is incredible, we have never been disappointed.
