Cheveux Salon

This review is based on one visit to Cheveux for a simple hair cut. I was pleased that I was able to get in for an appointment very quickly-the same day actually. Good news for someone like me who procrastinates, but it makes me wonder about the long term viability of the business. Erin cut my hair and did a great job. She offered suggestions beyond my very generic description of what I wanted, and I was pleased with the cut. It was better than previous cuts from Cost Cutters, and she was very pleasant to talk to. Price was very inexpensive: $15.

Staff is unprofessional and unfriendly. They were much more concerned with their personal problems than doing my hair. Owner complained loudly about not making any money and cheating husband. Couldn't wait to get out. Won't return. Prices quoted online not at all what you end up paying. I agree with the previous review, quoted prices seem great- but you end up paying just as much as you would at a nice salon.
