It just opened, so I'm giving some slack, but they have some improvement needed. They were out of chorizo when i ordered. The staff on the line was clearly new to this. The line was literally all the way around the inside of the building. They were struggling to keep up.
The food was fresh and tasted good. The inside appeared clean.
My hope is that once they get experience, they will speed up without sacrificing quality.
