We needed a unit on a Sunday. Although they were closed, I left a message and was contacted right away and received the help I needed. The kiosk at the facility enabled me to do all paperwork right at the sight and I received my lock and codes for entrance. I then realized the unit I got was too small. About that time I got a call from the owner asking if I got in okay and if I needed anything else. She helped me trade to a larger unit and it was perfectly seamless and quick! The unit was perfect but the customer assistance was the most appreciated part of my whole experience. Thank you for caring. You made our day!!
