I once exclusively used this hotel in Branson. It has gone down in quality in all areas. Cleanliness, beds are horrible, bathrooms outdated with unclean appearance. On our last stay we had to ask for our room to be cleaned, twice. The front office staff has always been friendly, but rest of staff, not so much. I'm not a complainer at all, but this place is getting horrible and management does not appear to care at all. I have stated my complaints/concerns privately. I only receive a standard automatic response by way of email. Have received the same auto response 3 times. If management or owners won't respond with something other than an automatic/previously thought out response, then I don't believe they want our business.
I will not recommend this location to anyone, ever again. I will gladly recommend other close by hotels with great service clean rooms with awesomely comfortable beds.
