I called to get one simple question answered. The man on the phone was rude from the first minute, told me he could not tell me a single thing over the phone and that I HAD to come in (as if I would have purchased it without looking at it....) and made me not want to even bother looking at this company any more. "Does this item run?" is not too much to ask. But 60 seconds was enough to make me not want to do business here, and that should say a lot. If they won't answer a question over the phone, why pay for one?
