Edit: "Emily Dickinson" is just my account name on Google. And no, the realtor (Sandy) did not reach out to me twice. She reached out to my roommate, and barely reached out to me (was rude, as I said), to which I provided the fax number. The fax number was correct both times we sent it, but our renter did not process it until a day after it had been sent. (It was not incorrect). It was correct. I understand that someone else who was completely qualified was able to rent out the house before us, but I really did not appreciate the realtor not getting back to us and letting us know that it was gone, even after we scrambled to make sure the renter got everything turned in on time. Original review: I don't think ALL of the people who work here are bad, but the woman we worked with for trying to rent out a house was rude and uncommunicative. She was short and rude to me in our email exchanges (she didn't follow up on my application after I submitted it, and when I asked her if she got it and needed anything else from me, she was just like "I'm corresponding with your roommate" and wouldn't say anything else to me for the rest of our exchanges) Also, they actually rented out the house we were looking at a week ago, but this entire time we've been patiently waiting to hear whether we got it or not. We called today thinking it would be polite to wait a week for an update, but this entire time we were waiting for nothing, after she said she would let us know! She never gave us an update on the situation, and apparently my application didn't go through all the way because I needed my parent to co-sign something. She never contacted me about this, however, and why would this be necessary when I am an adult (turning 21 next month)?
