Dairy Queen

I ordered 2 blizzards and chicken strips. I watched for 15 min while no one made my blizzards and then I watched an additional 5 before I asked them to hand over my food, which was cold. The blizzards were not mixed and they were short ice cream. The staff are poorly trained or don't seem to care. I feel I wasted a lot of money.
