I was putting in a new ceiling fan. Relatively simple, straightforward project...until I got the old one off the ceiling and found an extra wire, the wrong mount, the wrong electrical box, and bailing wire holding the mount to the ceiling!. Well, I called a couple local outfits and Dave's Electric answered. He and his associate arrived, looked at it and said they could do it: Service call + some labor fees. They had actually just installed the same, exact ceiling fan for another customer a couple days prior to mine, so they new some of the issues that could arise with this particular model. They had the fan up and running in short order. The total was $110, which is, I think, less than if I had Lowe's install the thing in the place. I highly recommend these guys.
