I booked my car online and went to the airport location to pick it up. I needed to leave for a business trip early in the morning. Upon arrival, they informed me they didn't have any cars and it would be at least two hours before they did. I arrived at the time I had scheduled online. In the future, I would hope they would have a better system that would not waste people's time and gas driving all the way to the airport for nothing.
