2nd time of major disappointment with this location. After waiting an hour with the ap displaying my food was out of the oven i get a call from the 'manager on duty'. Telling me she is canceling the order or changing it to carry out. Not once offering to remake it if we change to carry out. When i asked her a question she wanted to continue to say "i just need to know if you want to cancel the order or carry out". When I called her out for being rude she began tell/yelling at me that she was being "very professional". At the end of the call i simply stop speaking while she barked at me how if i wanted to report her that her name is on the cancellation, commenced to wish me a blessed day while wicked laughing as she slammed the phone down.
