El Maguey

Out of all the Mexican restaurants in Columbia, this is by far my favorite. My friends and I always go here when we want to go out. The food is always excellent, fresh, and piping hot, and service is usually pretty good even when they are busy. The only downside is there are often long waits during holidays, special events around campus, and random weekend nights. It's worth it though. Would highly recommend the chicken chimichanga and the margaritas (on Fridays though, because their pitchers are only 10 dollars then).
