Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

It wasn't a good experience. They would not honor my coupon I got from their website and they were not friendly people. I felt as if I was bothering them. I was not satisfied with my hair cut at all. As a matter of fact he did exactly what I ask him not to do and did not do what I ask him to do. And I do not like the fact that they tell you to enter the tip on a separate machine. I think the tip should be my choice for good customer service and friendliness, not because they tell you. I will not go back!!

Just had a very haphazard vibe. "Okay it's gonna be a bit before someone is available. [Pointing to a beautician with a young boy in the chair & a young girl using all of the products & tools] "She isn't on the clock, she's just cutting her kids' hair & I have to set rollers in an elderly woman's hair. [So & so] is at McDonald's on break but should be back soon if you want to wait?" I agreed to wait. The beautician came walking back to the salon, blowing out the final puff of his cigarette as he walked in with a bag of McD's grease. Although, we had a nice conversation and he was very friendly, it was disappointing to have over double the length *trimmed* off than I specified. Thankfully, it is just hair & will eventually grow back.
