Two stars only for the ambiance. The food was overpriced and spicy. The burnt ends on the burnt ends sandwich were too chopped. The classic sauce was super spicy so if you do choose to eat here, ask for the sauce to be held and put the sweet and mild sauce on it at your own discretion. The pit potatoes had a great flavor, but my bowl had about of tablespoon of oil at the bottom. The restrooms were smoke filled from the kitchen. There was just one friendly older lady who worked there; the cashier seemed aloof and was unhelpful. The only thing that would possibly bring me back is the decorations. My next trip to Kansas City, I'll eat somewhere else.
