I have had several issues with getting my medication packaged and delivered on time. When you make a call 5 days before and then they call you 2 days later as if you haven't called them and then you call on the day that of the scheduled delivery (that you scheduled 5 days before) and to be told that they have no records of anything being ordered. THERE IS A BIG ISSUE! I am completely out of my medicine! My suggestion would be to follow-up daily to ensure that they are doing their job because its evident that they allow things to fall through the cracks....and this isn't the first time this has happened to me!
