Worst experience. My husband has been to this location several times. Majority of the time, not bad. Then we stopped coming since we moved. We decided to give it a try again. When my husband went in, they did a terrible job. They were immediately called when i saw how haircut. Lady was very nice, apologized, and stated that next hair cut was on them. I made sure she wrote it under his account. There was no time limit, just was told to come in next time. Just went in and they started an argument of how they can't find his account or any notes on it. And that there was a time limit for the haircut. He even tried to explain that it would be impossible to get it fixed when they took half the hair off in the first place. Lesson learned: when calling, request a full refund or a coupon for free haircut.
