Great Clips

UGH! I went online and checked in. Wait time quoted was 21 min. When we arrived with 12 min left on our quote, the guy before us was not checked in yet or even in the building, but since she frequently cuts his hair she waited till he arrived when she should have cut my daughters hair first. We ended up waiting an additional 10 min for the only other stylist. Initial employee who greeted us was snippy and curt. Not sure why I come back to this location when I have similar experiences often. Only 2 stylists during the evening especially before a Holiday is ridiculous.
