Heartland Nursery and Garden Center

I really enjoyed shopping at this nursery! They had a vast selection of almost anything you'd like to plant from seed packers up to larger trees and everything you need to get thru your planting process. Most importantly, their staff knows what they're talking about and they are honest! They also have point cards!!!

Stopped in to buy shubs and plants (25-30) for a fairly large landscaping project. They did not have what I needed. Was told I needed to stop back by or call the person in charge of ordering which was no problem. I called back later and the person said he was not available. I said I would come by later and she said he probably would not have time for me that day as there were "several semi trucks at the dock he was handling". As I was already close by, I stopped and there were no trucks in sight. Regardless, I have tried to like this place. It's close to the house and they have really cool stuff. However, every time I have been in, the customer service is not good. As far as pricing, they are way expensive compared to other places and many things I have purchased in the past from them have not made it past the two year mark, as opposed to plants from other places which are still alive.
