Last fall I purchased my first Ford from Hermann Ford. Kurt went above & beyond to find the specific vehicle I wanted. Recently my car had to be serviced & I required a rental. They made sure I had a vehicle that worked for our family & John even helped me get all three car seats into the car. Little things like this mean the world to me. Kurt goes out of his way to provide great service, to make sure I've always got something to drive if my car is in the shop, and always has an amazing amount of patience with my husband and I as we shop for new vehicles.
