Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rolla - Univ of Missouri S&T

Stayed overnight while traveling to visit family. Hotel is currently remodeling 2d and 3rd floors. The parking lot was full when we arrived (after 10pm). There were numerous containers taking up space due to the renovations. We had to park along the curb on the far end of the parking lot. We stayed in a recently remodeled room. It was updated with new fridge, microwave, and TV. Beds were comfortable and clean. The thermostat was off when we arrived, and it was 60 degrees in the room. It took a little while for the heat to kick on, but room warmed up eventually. Breakfast the next morning offered the standard hot and cold options for a HI Express. It was a busy time, but the attendant working the breakfast area was very attentive and ensured guests had whatever they needed. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Other than the limited parking the renovations didn't affect our stay.
