Honda of Frontenac

Bought a used car here for our son going to grad school in Texas. They were very nice and helpful until we paid. Then, it turns out they had screwed up the original title, and it was sent back and they had to mail it to the original owner, get it mailed back, then resubmit. All this took longer than the 30 day temp tag. Did they ever let us know and offer a solution or an extended tag? No - we always had to call for false promises of assistance. It has been two months and we still don't have the title, the original inspection has expired, our son is driving with an expired temporary tag, and I don't know how we are going to get the damn thing registered. Whenever I call (Yes, we have had to do all the calling to get any info), they apologize, say they will work something out, then do nothing. Will NEVER return to that shop of Bozo's again. Left us out on a limb and cut down the tree. Update: When they finally called that the title had come in, said they would mail it out that day (a Thursday). It would only take one day to get here via the mail. On Monday, when it had not arrived with that day's mail, I called. Oops - they had not mailed it yet. I went and got it myself. Glad to be free of that circus act.
