Jefferson Park Apartments

Recently moved out. Terrible experience!!! First they tell you that "water is included in rent bill" which I thought meant water was included, no it means they charge a ridiculous amount of water on top of rent. Then on move out they tell me my $200 deposit is $150 non-refundable admin fees. AVOID AT ALL COST
