I've been lifting at this gym ever since it opened. I love the open 24 hours because with a busy work schedule during the summer I never know what time I'll be able to get a workout in. You won't find a bigger selection, or better quality equipment anywhere else in the area. The owners are awesome. They're always willing to help out and make sure it's the best experience for you, and guide you to your health and exercise goals.
