Ordered lunch at 12:04 got my food an hr later freaky fast? Lol really?

Have ordered from here twice in the last few weeks since I moved into the area. First order was delivery, and they completely screwed it up. Ordered two sandwiches and a bag of chips through the app. Received 1 sandwich (on the wrong type of bread), and my bag of chips. Called the store and was greeted with “JIMMY JOHNS!” and then nothing else, so I start explaining my problem and I’m told they won’t give me the right sandwiches since I did receive 1 but they’ll send my other sandwich as soon as they can. The receipt I got on the bag was right. So I don’t understand how a sandwich went missing and the other was made with the wrong bread. Whatever, I have 2 sandwiches. Tonight when I ordered in the store, I was the only customer in there. Still had to wait on the cashier before he took my order. But at least my sandwiches were right this time. I’m over this location, I’ll drive to the Parkville location before I ever order from this one again.
