Kim's Nail

Wish I could give zero stars! Went with my wedding party for my wedding and it was an awful experience. Instead of listening to what I wanted they just kept pushing the dip nails. All I wanted was white tips with gel, no to the dip. She then started to just do plain gel and paint on the white tips. When I said that was not what I wanted she got angry and was very rough with me and filed the sides of my nails so much that my fingers were cut. I Will NEVER go back! Also, over priced for the crappy/rude service that was done.

Great experience. Everyone was friendly. My nails look great. Love the powder dip.

Would have given it a zero if possible. My wife went in for some pampering and came out with the worst pedicure ever. My 7 yr old daughter could have done better!

I’ve been here 4 times now and I’m slightly disappointed every time. My nails look okay when I leave there, but every time I get home and look closely I see lots of imperfections. This time I got acrylic nails with a coffin shape and they look scuffed and uneven, and the sides of my nails are all different angles, making each nail more crooked than the next. $24 isn’t bad for a full set but I’m not putting up with mediocre nails any more. I won’t be coming back.
