Dr. Kuhlmann is a competent physician, but his billing facility IS NOT willing to work with anyone on a bill unless you pay all at once, they will give you a 15% discount for a one time payment in full. Otherwise the hospital expects a certain dollar amount and that is all they will accept. I said to Ms. Diana O'Connor, head of the billing department, you mean to tell me that if I sent you say $10.00 a month that you would NOT accept that and she told me that that is correct. Bothwell Hospital has a financial assistance policy ONLY for people that DO NOT have insurance!!!! I am going to AVOID BOTHWELL HOSPITAL AND IT'S CLINICS FROM NOW ON! I would strongly urge people to use any other facility not affliated with BOTHWELL HOSPITAL until they decided to go back to the way they use to help the community. I also am urging all my friends who donate to UNITED WAY to find some other cause other than this BOTHWELL HOSPITAL in SEDALIA, MO.
