Every one has their own opinion on every aspect of their owns lives, with that being said my opinion on this place isn't very positive. There's nothing near here in walking distance, there are no public sidewalks near or around here. I like walking so knowing a walk means around the trailer court, pffft, not enjoyable. There's a train that goes by blowing it's horn quite frequently and a facility that auctions off cows to , well you know. Love cows, love animals, don't like hearing the cattle vocalizing about what I'm sure they know is about to happen. Some of the "moo-ing" can be heart wrenching. The property owner has never responded to basic questions I've reached out to about. It appears there's too much of a choosing sides on the good ole rumor wheel that I personally like to stay away from. If you run a business, getting close to your money maker should be a no no. Unprofessional, in my opinion. Lot is very small, lot rent too high and rising at the New Year. I can literally see in the windows to the left and right, and oh yea, behind me too. Like I said, my personal opinion.
