Brought in a ring I purchased at Helzberg and it cost a pretty penny let’s just say. Owner told me it was gold plated and it was fake. So I took it to helzberg for a test to see if they did screw me on the ring for how much I payed with them selling it as REAL GOLD, sure enough it is real gold with 1 full carat of diamonds. And the amount he said he would give me if it was “real” was absolutely ridiculous. I highly recommend you do not go here to pawn or sell jewelry. The knowledge of jewelry there is just not there at all. Terrible customer service also, just a very uncomfortable experience. Very rude employees.
