I highly recommend against utilizing this company for shipping. Even when provided with all necessary information they had contacted me back in the middle of the package being delivered to inform me that there would be an extra charge for residential to residential which was made blatantly obvious when I was requesting the quote. And then I was met with hostility when I disagreed with the charge. Unprofessional and unwilling to work with the customer.
