horrible experience with your customer service. the communication is inaccurate and no one can help you find out any information if you are travelling after business hours because no one answers the phone. The customer service wait time is at least an hour for any number that you dial during business hours. With Megabus you are in jeapordy of missing your bus due to lack of accurate communication you do not know if your bus is not going to arrive on time, or whether it will be arriving too early, or if their own bus drivers will give out the wrong information. The driver of another Megabus said i missed the bus, even though i was outside where the buses pull in waiting for my bus: then i receive an email 2 hrs later saying the bus was arriving around 45 mins late. So my night consisted of standing there and waited, asking a driver, then missing the late bus???? Could not reach anyone to find out what was REALLY going on until 5am and my tickets were for2am. The customer service does not care! i was travelling for medical reasons and my son was excited to ride a double decker bus. we even had reserved seats. i couldnt remove the 1 star you all deserve 0 stars.
