One of the best pre-owned experiences ever. Their inventory is immaculate. Omid and John were attentive and SO easy going. They were courteous, provided a fair offer for my trade, and gave me an even better price. Best of all they were so FAST. Had it not been for a printer mishap, we would have been done with the test drive, appraisal, paperwork and finances in AN HOUR AND A HALF. However it ended up being about 1:45 That's crazy.
Fernando was thorough and informative with the financial aspect without being pushy, he was efficient and had the requisite paperwork in my email before I even left the parking lot. Nice job.
