Bought a brand new flatbed trailer with a 1 year warranty from Midway on a Thursday. We already knew what we wanted, and called ahead to make sure they had it, so a really simple and quick transaction. Attempted to use it to haul hay the next day - running lights didn't worked. Tried it on 3 vehicles, and the trailer blew fuses in all 3 vehicles (different makes and models, all vehicles that we regularly use to haul trailers). Called Midway on Saturday morning - first the lady asked if we had looked at it ourselves to see what was wrong. When we told her no, we weren't going to take the wiring apart to inspect it (which would probably void the warranty), she said that she would call their service guy and get back to us. Never did call us back. We bought this because we needed to USE it, so when we didn't hear back, we went to the trailer manufacturer (since its a BRAND NEW trailer). Trailer manufacturer got us right in and started working on the trailer the day we brought it in. Still waiting for a call-back from Midway (we're not holding our breath). I'm a pretty reasonable buyer, but if I buy something brand new with a warranty and its faulty, I don't feel out of line expecting the dealer to make it right. VERY disappointed with the poor quality of service, won't be purchasing anything from them again.
