You are 45 minutes away. They call and leave a voicemail on your phone while you are driving to tell you the doctor is out sick I am sorry she is sick I get it we are all human. You don't listen to your voicemail cause you are DRIVING HUH!!! So you dont know of the cancelled appointment Until you check in!!! oh Wow!
