Mike did an exceptional job creating the plaques for our association. Without ever leaving my living room, through a few phone calls, texts, and emails, he helped me design attractive awards that were professional looking and affordable. His customer service is friendly and caring, his cost is incredibly reasonable, and his work is meticulous. Unlike the trophie stores I went to first that were cold, unhelpful, and way out of my budget, Mike checked with me multiple times by email throughout the design process to be sure it was just what I wanted.
